At Bin Keeper, we want our service to be simple, dependable, and hassle-free. Please review our service policies below

 

Welcome to Bin Keeper! We proudly serve Denton, TX, and the surrounding, ensuring reliable waste management tailored to your neighborhood's needs. Please note that service availability may vary based on your pickup schedule and route. We're here to keep your community clean and efficient!

Customers may cancel service at any time by contacting Bin Keeper. All payments are non-refundable and will not be prorated. Services will remain active until the end the current billing period, unless an immediate termination is requested at the time of cancellation. Once canceled, future billing will cease after the current billing period concludes.

 

 

Customers are responsible for making sure bins are accessible on service days. Please ensure that gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and bins are clear of any obstructions. If bins are inaccessible, moved, or if pickup schedules change without prior notice, you may miss service. If you experience any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

 

Service may be postponed or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, flooding, ice, or other safety issues. Our bin cleaning service is also dependent on weather, water access, and scheduling availability. We thank you for your understanding and will keep you updated on any changes. Safety is our top priority.

 

 

Our valet bin service is billed monthly. Payments will be automatically deducted on the 1st of each month. Late or missed payments will result in paused service until the account is current.
